I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, celebrating my anniversary in a lovely room with breathtaking views of the Alhambra. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, making it a memorable experience. While I appreciated the spacious and clean room, I was disappointed that access to the spa was an additional cost, which detracted from the overall value for money. Nonetheless, the hotel's amenities and facilities were impressive and contributed to a great time.
